I went to Santo’s for the first time to place an order and when ai picked it up, I was told that my order had been used and they pulled out other flowers and they were dry, I waited for about 45 minutes, asked for the manager decided not to come out until he was free, making me wait. He finally got me nice flowers after waiting some more. For that reason, I decided to go back yo buy roses, two flowers died the next day and 3 days later all roses where dead. I called and the manager decide to do nothing about it. He has lost a customer and potential referrals. Unacceptable!

My best friend ordered me a bouquet for my birthday. She asked if they could remove sunflowers. In the past they had honored her request. This time they kept the sunflowers in the bouquet. It was delivered to her home. The flowers themselves looked fresh which i appreciated but I noticed the bow was frayed and not professional looking for the price. I know my friend felt super bad with the outcome. Would not recommend

My fiancé proposed to me recently and got a beautiful arrangement here! They lasted pretty long and my room smelled like roses, I loved them and definitely our new spot🙂‍↕️

I needed some emergency flowers that basically said, “I’m sorry I forgot… please accept this bouquet as my apology,” and Santos Flowers absolutely delivered. 😅 It was my first time there, and my friends helped me find the spot last minute—so glad they did! They had a huge selection and all the flowers looked super fresh. Another lifesaver is that they’re open later than most places, which is honestly one of the main reasons we ended up going there. Safe to say the crisis was averted, and I’ll definitely be coming back to Santos Flowers for all my future flower emergencies. Mission Accomplished! Thank you, Santos Flowers!

Santos Flowers is a large flower shop with a great selection and a big inventory. I was searching for blue roses for Valentine’s Day since my wife loves them. The first shop I called quoted me $90 for a dozen, another one said $65, but Santos offered them for $50 from the start—a great deal! I prepaid and requested my bouquet to be ready by Friday at noon, and it was ready on time when I arrived. I’m really glad I ordered ahead because there was a huge line on Valentine’s Day. Overall, I had a smooth experience with good pricing and reliable service. Would definitely return!
